RMP's entire plat library is available as an easy-to-read, spiral bound book. Each county plat book accurately shows rural land ownership, parcel boundaries, roadways, waterways, railways, section lines, municipal boundaries, acreage and an index to owners as originally published by RMP. Additional map features may include Latitude/Longitude grid for GPS reference, rural addressing grid and city maps for routing, and aerial maps which serve as a land use and building location guide.

Historic editions are reproductions of original plat books.
Their original feature set may not include color. As an approximation, spot color was introduced in 1963 and full color in 2000.
