Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a smart, creative, well-organized individual to join our team full time. You will work under the direction of the Marketing Manager to aid in the implementation of key marketing strategies across all product lines to our many vertical markets through e-mail, direct mail and advertising campaigns. You will also hold responsibilities related to maintenance of our website so that images, graphics and content are kept up to date with our latest product releases, special promotions and user tools.

The position requires an Associate’s Degree, solid written and verbal communication skills and the ability to remain highly organized in a fast paced environment. Ideal candidate will also have a contemporary knowledge of branding, e-commerce, website maintenance, graphic design and print media. Working knowledge of the design programs associated with Adobe Creative Suite are preferred but not required. While experience in all of these areas is ideal, this is an entry-level position for someone looking to learn and grow their skill sets in relation to advertising and marketing.

Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a pleasant, out-going individual to join our team full time.  The successful candidate will maintain a high level of customer interaction via phone and written communication for the purpose of educating customers on our products/programs and efficiently process sales orders.  Must operate with integrity and professionalism at all times, be multi-task oriented and well organized.  Other duties of this position include general office tasks, database management and flexible interaction with other departments and/or management to meet immediate and long-term goals.  Attendance to occasional seminars, trade shows and classes is needed but limited.

Two years of college preferred.  Minimum three years experience in sales or customer service required.  Familiarity with mapping concepts and various digital formats a plus!

Compensation structure is hourly with performance incentives.
